Floors of the company – taking to new levels of sustainability in Expo Plan
Specialist flooring company Flowcrete will release its unique concept Floorzone Plan for Ireland Expo showcase for the built environment.
Floorzone includes sheet metal, insulation, heating and decorative seamless resins Finish – all designed and supplied by Flowcrete and installed by a Flowcrete approved contractor.
Floorzone Flowcrete offers economic benefits with lower labor costs in place and setup a time to help the construction program in general. This, together with a considerable reduction of displacement delivery approach offers a more environmentally sustainable.
Alan Dean, sales director of Flowcrete, which has a network of contractor's operating accepted in Ireland, said: "Our system means that specifiers Floorzone can achieve high performance acoustic flooring proven time and energy saving heating underfloor heating – plus a decorative plant wide range finish Flowcrete – with a single contractor responsible for the entire procedure.
"It offers sustainable benefits to all products that arrive at the site of a fountain, and the number of visits to the site contractor reduced as well. "
Pavers includes Isocrete Floorzone combined with acoustic Isocrete K and Isowarm floor heating, and the range of finishes Flowcrete floor without problems.
Plan Expo 2009 will be held on 3 to 5 November in the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin.
Other sustainable products being showcased at Flowcrete Mondéco the event include a continuous terrazzo exceptionally strong that – once installed – can stay in place for decades, with little required maintenance.
These qualities of long-term means you can stay in situ when other plants short life cycle must be re-installed due to wear and deterioration, avoid detriment to the environment in three key areas: the lifting, removal and disposal of worn floor finish, the manufacturing process of new flooring and further preparation to repeat the installation.
Mondéco also requires cleaning procedures with concern the environment, especially as it is smooth, flat, seamless and sealed – and, after many years of service, once you've finished your work, you can delete non-hazardous waste or more floors.
